The fifth tip is being careful with spending and allocating necessary money for the business before spending frivolously.

The sixth tip is to work hard, a concept which most entrepreneurs know very well. Additionally, listening closely to friends and foes alike will help the business so long as it does not become an obsession. The seventh tip is to maintain integrity in the face of the public. Fraud, corruption, and unethical behavior are rampant in today's business world, so you will set yourself apart by being ethical. The eighth tip is to anticipate dark days and downturns.

Georgia entrepreneurs can follow these eight simple steps and add them to their repertoire of tools and tips for success. It is vital for entrepreneurs to carefully consider their present and future in the business organization stage of starting a business.
